Description: the term "Paging" is frequently mis-used by end users. No fault there. It's just to a seasoned phone veteran (like the nortel guy), it's important to be precise because the functions are quite different. There are other terms that are often confused with paging such as "INTERCOM, and Hands Free Answer Back (Voice Call). This video describes each of these and explains the differences. Also, some examples of different styles of paging on the Norstar are demonstrated.
